Maple Leaf 2012-II Energy Income LP Suspends Monthly Cash Distributions Pending Completion of Asset Divestiture

VANCOUVER, BC / ACCESSWIRE / February 25, 2015 / Further to the December 31, 2014, Notice of Commencement of Asset Divestiture, Maple Leaf 2012-II Energy Income Limited Partnership ("Maple Leaf 2012-II LP") announces that its monthly cash distributions have been suspended pending completion of the sale of the assets.

Maple Leaf 2012-II LP will issue a subsequent news release with further details once the definitive divestiture agreement has been finalized and all closing adjustments and regulatory approvals have been received.
