Litecoin Climbs 10.28% As Investors Gain Confidence

Investing.com - Litecoin was trading at $63.452 by 09:34 (13:34 GMT) on the Investing.com Index on Thursday, up 10.28% on the day. It was the largest one-day percentage gain since September 27.

The move upwards pushed Litecoin's market cap up to $3.64B, or 1.67% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. At its highest, Litecoin's market cap was $14.10B.

Over the past seven days, Litecoin has seen a rise in value, as it gained 14.66%. The volume of Litecoin traded in the twenty-four hours to time of writing was $425.02M or 2.69% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $54.43 to $64.11 in the past 7 days.

At its current price, Litecoin is still down 84.89% from its all-time high of $420.00 set on December 12, 2017.

Bitcoin was last at $6,535.6 on the Investing.com Index, up 0.80% on the day.

Ethereum was trading at $219.87 on the Investing.com Index, a gain of 3.02%.

Bitcoin's market cap was last at $112.84B or 51.84% of the total cryptocurrency market cap, while Ethereum's market cap totaled $22.37B or 10.28% of the total cryptocurrency market value.
