Yahoo Finance LeBron James pays tribute to Breonna Taylor a year after her death
Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James wants to make sure people remember Breonna Taylor a year after her death. James paid tribute to Taylor on Saturday, urging others to continue saying Taylor's name.
James and his organization — More Than A Vote — both sent out tweets about Taylor. In James' tweet, he said "Continue to rest in paradise, Queen Breonna."

Taylor was shot in her home by police serving a no-knock warrant March 13, 2020. She was 26.
LeBron James, sports world continue to support Breonna Taylor
In the months following Taylor's death, athletes have continued to remember Taylor. The WNBA dedicated the entire 2020 season to Taylor, and began the season by taking a 26-second long moment of silence to honor Taylor.
The sports world also reacted after charges of wanton endangerment were filed against former detective Brett Hankinson in September. Bam Adebayo, Sue Bird, Jimmy Butler and Colin Kaepernick were among the athletes to speak out against the charges.
James also tweeted about the charges, saying he was "devastated, hurt, sad, mad." James also sent his love to Taylor's mother, family and friends.
