Central Kentucky Home + Garden Show at the Central Bank Center
The 49th annual Central Kentucky Home + Garden Show will return to the Central Bank Center with over 250 experts, HGTV stars and more on April 5 and 6 beginning at 10 a.m. and April 7 starting at 11 a.m. $11. 430 W Vine St. CentralBankCenter.com.
Keeneland Spring Meet
Keeneland’s spring race meet will kick off on April 5 with stakes like the $600,000 Central Bank Ashland and will continue all weekend long. The highlight of opening weekend is the $1 million Toyota Blue Grass Stakes, of one of the most important Kentucky Derby prep races. What’s new this year at the racetrack? A $93 million renovation that won’t be completed until the Fall Meet in 2025 and parking. The racetrack, which has begun the renovation that won’t be completed until the Fall Meet in 2025, has said racing won’t be impacted.
