Yahoo Finance Jack Whitehall's new movie pulled from US cinemas ahead of release
Jack Whitehall's family movie Clifford the Big Red Dog has been removed from the US release calendar due to rising COVID-19 cases.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, a new date is yet to be assigned in the States, while this adaptation of Norman Bridwell's beloved children's book series is still set to premiere in the UK on Christmas Eve.

Clifford the Big Red Dog is very much what it says on the tin: a ginormous mutt takes the world by storm as his owners try to protect him from being commoditised by a genetics company.
Alongside Jungle Cruise actor Whitehall, its cast includes the legendary John Cleese, Kenan Thompson, Darby Camp and Tony Hale.
In other coronavirus-related news, director David Lowery's Arthurian fantasy The Green Knight was recently pulled from its UK release date.
Judging by the first load of critic reactions, British cinemagoers will be desperate for it to arrive.
