IPO Edge Editor Jannarone Gives $50 Price Target for Lyft on Real Vision

In an interview with Real Vision, IPO Edge Editor-in-Chief John Jannarone explains why Lyft’s steep losses and lack of a path to profitability make it worth just $50 a share. He points out the company’s massive insurance liability that many investors may not have noticed, creating a risk that’s difficult to fully understand. He also questions the argument that consumers are willing to give up car ownership in most of the country, which could doom the bull thesis on the shares.
