Investors who take an interest in Winpak Ltd. (TSE:WPK) should definitely note that the Independent Director, Bruce Berry, recently paid CA$34.99 per share to buy CA$525k worth of the stock. We reckon that's a good sign, especially since the purchase boosted their holding by 150%.
