Yahoo Finance Hollyoaks' Tony makes pregnancy test discovery

Tony Hutchinson has made a shocking discovery following Diane's pregnancy bombshell in Hollyoaks.
Following some suspicion from viewers last week, the soap has confirmed that Diane (Alex Fletcher) is pregnant — but has admitted to Verity (Eva O'Hara) that she doesn't know whether Tony or Edward is the father.
In Tuesday's (January 19) first-look episode, an oblivious Tony (Nick Pickard) promised that they'd be rid of Edward forever after scattering his ashes later that day.
Verity's anger at Diane was rising, so she interrupted the final send-off for her father to point out that she should always show respect for the dead.
Her sign of 'respect' was to swipe the urn from Tony and Diane, then dump her father Edward's ashes down a sewer grate, rather than have them scattered at sea.
When the two finally had their confrontation one-on-one, Verity reluctantly agreed to keep Diane's pregnancy a secret only until she had a scan to find out whether Edward or Tony is the father.
Back at the Hutchinson house, Tony was excited when Diane tried to lighten the mood by offering to start a bubble bath for them.
As Tony relished over some "hot tub magic", he made an off-hand comment about how the twins were conceived the same way — and he couldn't fathom having kids again at their age!
Diane anxiously walked away, leaving Tony to throw his father's urn away. He then spotted a positive pregnancy test in the rubbish bin, staring down in disbelief as the episode closed.
Hollyoaks airs new episodes from Mondays to Fridays at 6.30pm on Channel 4, with first look screenings at 7pm on E4.
