Hollyoaks drug boss Victor Brothers knows Ella killed Jordan
Hollyoaks spoilers follow.
Hollyoaks drug boss Victor Brothers has discovered Ella's killer secret.
Tuesday's first-look episode brought two story threads together, as Mandy's (Sarah Jayne Dunn) attempts to cover up Ella's responsibility for Jordan Price's stabbing death collided with Ollie's addiction.
Mandy had managed to blackmail ex-partner Luke into silence by threatening to have Ollie arrested for theft, so Luke (Gary Lucy) was desperate to get his son off of ketamine for good.
In spite of Cindy's strong feelings that Ollie (Gabriel Clark) should be punished, Luke suggested spending more time with Ollie would be best for him — starting with a kickabout.
Because Luke arranged a secret meeting with Mandy to tell her to stay away from Ollie and his family for good, he lost track of time and missed the kickabout with his dejected son.
Ollie's increasing desperation led him to Leela's, where Peri (Ruby O'Donnell) and Sid (Billy Price) had just got back from Jordan's funeral. Cutting straight to the point, he asked whether Sid knew any of Jordan's drug contacts.
"Are you serious? I've just buried my cousin and you come around sniffing for ket," Sid incredulously wanted to know.
As a disgusted Sid went into the kitchen to help Peri with the tea, Ollie swiped Jordan's phone out of his bag and sent out a message to all of his contacts asking anyone with ket to meet him in The Folly.
His message had dire consequences, bringing drug boss Victor (Benjamin O'Mahony) back into the village to confront young Ella (Erin Palmer).
When Victor asked if there was anything she wanted to confess, the girl broke down and insisted she "didn't mean" to kill Jordan.
"Oh, I meant about the text [from Jordan's phone]," Victor smiled. "This just gets better and better… You showed me what you're capable of, little girl, so from now on, you're going to do everything I say."
Ella was left with few options as the episode came to an end.
