Here’s a look at the listings of the three most expensive homes in each of Mississippi’s coastal counties:
Hancock County
1332 Poki Place
Four palm tree-lined driveways stretch before this 5,685 square foot estate standing atop an equally massive, five-car garage that also boasts a game room. On the rear, a personal boat dock serves as the capstone to a waterfront backyard with a screened-in pool.
This nine-bedroom, seven bathroom Diamondhead home is listed as a multifamily unit and is available for $2.5 million at Allied Realty Coastal Homes.

600 N. Beach Boulevard
Originally built in 1875, this Bay St. Louis home is within walking distance of the shops, restaurants and dock of the Old Town. A prominent, stately oak is the only thing obstructing the estate’s view of the water.
The 4,207 square-foot home is listed on John McDonald Realty for $1,950,000 with six bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, two screened porches and a basement. The home’s interior further features two primary bedrooms, multiple living spaces and plenty of windows. The roof has solar panels.
8230 Maunalani Place
This 7,610-sqare-foot Diamondhead estate has an observation deck built atop a personal boat dock; an expansive patio, pool, grill and bar space, and a screened-in patio and pool.

Harrison County

A long lawn spans before curved windows to this Gulfport estate’s front door. Its face is traditional with touches of modernity and can be seen from Highway 90’s Beach Drive, located about halfway between Gulfport and Biloxi.

Jackson County
12001 Point Aux Chenes Road
This beachfront Ocean Springs estate’s specialty, according to its listing, is a private plot of seashore.
This traditional Georgian brick home stands three stories high and is 6,537 square feet. It is listed with Noble Realty Company at $2,595,000. Eight bedrooms and six-and-a-half baths are included with this home and it lies on the edge of the neighborhood it belongs to.
A breezeway connects the home’s main garage with the rest of the house and a separate three-door garage can be found in the back. Azaleas line the home’s front entrance.
609 Rue Dauphine
Four stout pillars define this Ocean Spring estate’s entrance. It’s situated on the Back Bay of Biloxi near Highway 90, about a half mile away.
The home’s interior features lots of wood accents in the flooring, furniture and cabinets. Large drapes adorn the windows and solidify the home’s traditionally furnished interior. Weichert Rltrs-Gulf Properties lists the estate’s cost at $2.5 million for four bedrooms and six full baths with two partial baths.

A few houses over in the neighborhood from the previous property, this contemporary Mediterranean-blend estate has a driveway that surrounds the whole house like a moat. Grand steps lead to this home’s front entrance by a central turret like fixture, giving those rooms wide views.
