The Texas-based tuner has unveiled the "Mammoth 1000 Last Stand," a tribute to the outgoing 6.2-liter V8 behemoth. This special edition caps a memorable era, limiting its production to just 200 exclusive units.
Originally introduced in the 2021 model year, the Mammoth 1000 package showcased Hennessey's capability to elevate the Ram 1500 TRX's performance from an impressive 702 horsepower to a jaw-dropping 1,012 horsepower. This upgrade, designed for those who find the stock TRX's output lacking, initially hit the market at $135,350, donor vehicle included.
The "Last Stand" edition distinguishes itself with unique decals and graphics, celebrating the end of the V8's reign in Ram's half-ton truck lineup. Though pricing details remain under wraps, enthusiasts can expect a figure north of the original Mammoth 1000's cost.
Available in seven striking colors, including three new shades exclusive to the "Last Stand" – Harvest Sunrise Orange, Delmonico Red, and Night Edge Blue – this edition not only boasts aesthetic enhancements but also features significant performance upgrades. These include a larger supercharger, robust transmission and engine control modifications, and a comprehensive three-year/36,000-mile warranty.
