Jeff Parker, guitarist for Chicago post-rock legends Tortoise, released his first-ever solo album last month. Slight Freedom is a collection of four instrumental mood pieces, and one of them just so happens to be an atmospheric bossa nova take on Frank Ocean’s Channel Orange track “Super Rich Kids,” its muted spindles of guitar almost obscured by environmental noise.
