Harbour Equity Closes Third Joint Venture Development Fund, Raising $50.1 Million in Capital

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 14, 2016) - Harbour Equity Capital Corp. ("Harbour Equity") is pleased to announce that it has raised $50,150,000 for its third joint venture development Fund and is now accepting new investment opportunities to deploy this capital.

Over the last few years, Harbour Equity has invested over $100 million in joint venture opportunities across Canada within a broad range of asset classes, including for-sale and for-rent residential, retail, office, and industrial developments. These investments provide developers an opportunity to leverage their capital in order to better scale their operations and execute multiple projects concurrently.

Harbour Equity invests in both ground-up development and value-add opportunities either at time of acquisition of project or later in the development process.
