Always Keep Learning
One top piece of advice for millennials? Continue to invest in themselves and keep on learning.
“You don’t invest any money in stocks or real estate,” Cardone said in a Facebook video. “All that money should go to you, because you don’t have any money. … Just act like you’re broke. … Invest that money in you.”
Speaking to a crowd of college students, Cardone also recommended that when they leave college, they “keep going to courses. Go get the courses you really want. Because right now, you’re only taking the courses to get through.”
“When you leave here, you need to spend more money on your education,” he added.

Make Connections
Finally, he also said that it’s always a good idea to find a mentor and to connect “with people that are in power.”
“It’s a way to shortcut the whole deal,” he concluded.
Cardone has reiterated this point several times. For instance, in a blog post on his website, he wrote, “The way to make more money is to get connected to those that already control money.”
And what is your network? According to him, it includes your immediate family, your friends, your extended family, your co-workers, your social media connections and, interestingly, what you are reading and listening to.
“I don’t go to ‘work.’ I go to my netWORK to get my net worth,” Cardone wrote in the blog post. “You need to increase your network to increase your net worth.”
