Global Water Resources Declares and Increases Monthly Dividend

PHOENIX, Nov. 30, 2021 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Global Water Resources, Inc. (NASDAQ: GWRS), (TSX: GWR), a pure-play water resource management company, has declared under its dividend policy a monthly cash dividend increase of 1% to $0.29496 on an annualized basis. This equates to a monthly dividend of $0.02458.

The first dividend at the new monthly rate will be paid on December 30, 2021, to holders of record at the close of business on December 16, 2021.
