EXCLUSIVE: PacSun Names Noelle Sadler VP of Marketing

PacSun has named Noelle Sadler its vice president of marketing, effective July 1.

“I’m thrilled to join PacSun and bring my consumer marketing experience to a beloved brand that truly has its finger on the pulse of youth culture,” Sadler said in a statement to WWD. “This dynamic team has driven incredible growth over the past few years and I look forward to collaborating on innovative projects at the intersection of fashion, art, music and sport with the goal of inspiring and engaging today’s youth.”

Reporting to PacSun chief executive officer Brie Olson, Sadler will oversee events, digital activations, social media, influencer and talent relationships.

Sadler has more than 20 years of experience in commerce, content, creative and marketing. She formerly held chief marketing officer roles at resale platform ThredUp and online retailer Lulus. Previously she was in leadership positions at MAC Cosmetics as vice president of global consumer marketing and spent years on the agency side of marketing and communications group Havas Media in New York, Paris and Barcelona.

In 2017, she cofounded Retold Recycling, a subscription-based textile recycling service launched in 2020. It received investment from Mark Cuban after appearing on “Shark Tank” two years later.

Since 2023 Sadler has consulted in marketing strategy for companies that include Title Nine and Dress the Population. She also spent several years at Rockstar Games, where she was the lead producer on video games, and has film industry experience at Miramax Films, GreeneStreet Films and Apostle Pictures.

Sadler holds an MBA from IESE Business School in Barcelona and a BFA in film and TV production from New York University.
