CALGARY, Alberta, March 23, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- DIVERGENT Energy Services Corp. (“Divergent”, the "Company", or “DVG”)(DVG: TSX-V) announces that the Company has completed its annual review of incentive plan awards, and subject to regulatory approval, its board of directors has approved, effective March 23, 2022, the grant of an aggregate of 125,000 stock options to the members of its Technology and Corporate Development Advisory Committee, exercisable into common shares of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.12 per common share. In addition, the board of directors has approved, effective March 23, 2022, the grant of an aggregate of 450,000 stock options to directors, officers and employees of the Corporation, exercisable into common shares of the Corporation at an exercise price of $0.12 per common share. All of the aforementioned stock options shall vest as to one-third at 12 months, one-third at 24 months and one-third at 36 months from the date of grant and have a five-year term to expiry.
