Descartes Systems Group Inc. (T.DSG) hit a new 52-week high of $112.44 Wednesday. Descartes reported Q3 GAAP EPS of $0.31, which missed estimates by $0.03, while revenue of $144.7 Million beat by $0.54 Million.

Encore Energy Corp. (V.EU) hit a new 52-week high of $112.44 Wednesday. enCore has entered into a Master Transaction Agreement with Boss Energy Limited, a leading Australian emerging ISR uranium producer, which, upon completion, will result in the sale of a 30% ownership interest in enCore's Alta Mesa project to Boss Energy for US$60 million , an investment of US$10 million into enCore common shares by Boss Energy, a loan of up to 200,000 pounds U 3 O 8 for enCore's commercial use over the next year, and the formation of a strategic collaboration on the use and joint development of enCore's proprietary Prompt Fission Neutron technology for uranium exploration and production.

NorthIsle Copper and Gold Inc. (V.NCX) hit a new 52-week high of 30 cents Wednesday. Northisle has discovered a new mineralized porphyry system, now known as West Goodspeed, approximately 1,300m west of the Goodspeed target and 1,200m southeast of the Red Dog Deposit within the district-scale North Island Project. Exploration during 2023 has demonstrated that the North Island Project continues to expand in an area with existing infrastructure and a legacy of mining and resource production.
