Constellium: 4Q Earnings Snapshot

SCHIPHOL-RIJK, Netherlands (AP) _ Constellium NV (CSTM) on Thursday reported fourth-quarter earnings of $28.6 million.

On a per-share basis, the Schiphol-Rijk, Netherlands-based company said it had net income of 20 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 28 cents per share.

The aluminum company posted revenue of $1.48 billion in the period.

For the year, the company reported a loss of $24 million, or 17 cents per share, swinging to a loss in the period. Revenue was reported as $5.58 billion.

Constellium shares have increased roughly 2% since the beginning of the year. The stock has climbed 72% in the last 12 months.
