TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 17, 2015) - Further to its previous press release of May 20, 2015 in connection with its entering into a definitive agreement to acquire Picis clinical applications ("Picis"), Constellation Software Inc. ("Constellation") (CSU.TO) today announced its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation ("Harris") has met the closing conditions and finalized the acquisition of Picis.
