  • Core Laboratories N.V.’s CLB shares declined 10.8% after the company trimmed its second quarter revenue guidance from $177 million-$179 million to $174 million-$175 million

  • Shares of Alkermes plc ALKS jumped 1.8% on approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for its long-acting injectable atypical antipsychotic drug for the treatment of schizophrenia in adults

  • Acxiom Corporation’s ACXM shares jumped 14.2% on news that the company is nearing a deal to sell its marketing solutions division to Interpublic Group for $2.2 billion

  • Shares of United Rentals, Inc. URI declined 1.9% after the company agreed to buy BakerCorp International Holdings Inc. for $715 million in cash
