YOUR MAMA’S NOTES: Saucy stand-up comedian Amy Schumer’s upwardly mobile career hasn’t translated to much success in selling her New York City starter apartment, now priced at $1.625 million. The new price reflects a hefty $450,000 discount off the $2.075 million asking price the co-operative popped up with last November and, unfortunately for the foul-mouthed funny lady’s real estate ego and swelling bank accounts, $70,000 less than the $1.695 million she shelled out for the fourth-floor walk-up penthouse in September 2014
