Chevron Phillips, QatarEnergy to build $8.5 bln polymers facility
Nov 16 (Reuters) - Chevron Phillips Chemical and QatarEnergy said on Wednesday, they would build an $8.5 billion integrated polymers facility in Orange, Texas.
The companies have made a positive final investment decision about the project and created a joint venture company, Golden Triangle Polymers Company LLC, in which Chevron Phillips has a 51% equity stake while QatarEnergy owns the rest.
