CBS Unveils Daytime Premiere Dates — Get First Look at Price Is Right’s New Set

CBS on Wednesday announced return dates for four daytime series, including a revamped Price Is Right.

First up is The Bold and the Beautiful, which kicks off its 37th season on Thursday, Sept. 21. Per CBS, the new season begins with Kimberlin Brown’s Sheila Carter “learning that Deacon Sharpe (Sean Kanan) has gone to great lengths to prove his love for her.” Meanwhile, “a new intern at Forrester Creations, fashion student Luna (Lisa Yamada), has arrived with a mysterious past.”

Then on Monday, Sept. 25, TPIR, which has filmed at Los Angeles’ famed Television City compound since its premiere in 1972, will return for Season 52 in a new, state-of-the-art facility in Glendale. The premiere will feature the game show’s first full studio audience since 2020 — aka pre-COVID times.

That same day, the Let’s Make a Deal premiere will mark the franchise’s 60th anniversary (and Wayne Brady’s 15th season as host) with a $15,000 giveaway for one lucky contestant.

Last but not least is The Young in the Restless, which begins its 51st year on Tuesday, Oct. 3. This season, “Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) fights to protect his legacy at all costs while an unexpected adversary challenges Nikki Newman (Melody Thomas Scott).” Additionally, “viewers will be treated to returns from fan-favorite characters Mamie Johnson (Veronica Redd), who has unfinished business with rival Jill Abbott (Jess Walton), and Danny Romalotti (Michael Damian), who finds himself caught between ex-wives Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and Christine ‘Cricket’ Blair (Lauralee Bell, celebrating 40 years on the series). And Jack Abbott’s (Peter Bergman) vow renewal with Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) will be the perfect setting for romance, intrigue and family drama.”
