Cannabis provider Liberty Health Sciences (CSE: LHS) (OTCQX: LHSIF) announced the sale of certain of its assets in Florida and substantially all of its assets in Ohio. The company is selling 36 acres of land, comprising its Chestnut Hill Tree Farm site in Alachua County, Florida, as well as all of its assets in Ohio, for around US$14.75 million to an arm’s length purchaser.

Khiron Life Sciences (TSXV: KHRN) (OTCQB: KHRNF) (Frankfurt: A2JMZC) announced that its shares have received Depository Trust Company full-service eligibility in the U.S. DTC eligibility is expected to simplify the process of trading and transferring of the company’s common shares in the U.S. DTC is a subsidiary of the Depository Trust & Clearing, which manages the electronic clearing and settlement of publicly traded companies.

iAnthus Capital Holdings (CSE: IAN) (OTCQX: ITHUF) has been working to secure a senior secured term loan of up to US$50 million from one or more investment funds managed by Torian Capital Partners.
