Canada home sales fall in September for first time in five months - CREA
TORONTO (Reuters) - Resales of Canadian homes dipped 0.4 percent in September from August, the first decline since April, the Canadian Real Estate Association said on Monday.
The industry group said actual sales, not seasonally adjusted, dropped 8.9 percent from a year earlier, while the group's Home Price Index was up 2.3 percent from September last year.
