California Remains Essential Jurisdiction for Top Multi-State Cannabis and Hemp Operators

California continues to dominate as the largest legal cannabis market in the world. As new jurisdictions open up, with Illinois recently passing adult-use legislation and New Jersey and New York possibly in 2020, California remains an integral piece for a multitude of multi-state operators (MSOs) such as Jushi Holdings Inc.
