Brian Austin Green Rents a Bel-Air Bachelor Pad

So the scuttlebutt goes, after 11 years of coupledom and two kids, Brian Austin Green and Megan Fox have parted ways and — according to in-the-know celebrity real estate snitch Lucy Spillerguts — the tatted-up “Beverly Hills 90210” alum has already settled into an approximately $22,000 per month family-friendly bachelor pad rental in Bel-Air.

Listing details show the approximately 5,200 sq. ft., clapboard-sided Colonial sits on more than 2.5 canyon-view acres in the mansion-dotted mountains above the Bel-Air Country Club with five bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms plus a separate guesthouse with kitchen. Formal living and dining rooms are joined by an open-concept kitchen/dining/family room, plus a playroom for the kids, a well-stocked gym, and a celeb-style master bedroom with supersized walk-in closet. The grounds include brick terraces, mature gardens, a broad sweep of lawn and a pool.

The (allegedly) erstwhile couple co-own a spacious contemporary residence in Toluca Lake that they snapped up just over a year ago for $3.35 million and, as was seen on the currently airing season of “Flipping Out,” had overhauled by house-flipping designer Jeff Lewis.
