Bri-Chem Announces Results of 2016 Annual General Meeting

ACHESON, CANADA--(Marketwired - Jun 22, 2016) - Bri-Chem Corp. ("Bri-Chem" or "Company") (BRY.TO), a leading North American wholesale distributor and manufacturer of oil and gas drilling fluids is pleased to announce that all the nominees listed in the Management Information Circular dated May 10, 2016 were elected as directors of the Company at its annual general meeting held on June 7, 2016.
