Bri-Chem Announces Results of 2015 Annual General Meeting

EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - June 12, 2015) - Bri-Chem Corp. ("Bri-Chem" or "Company") (BRY.TO), a leading North American wholesale distributor and manufacturer of oil and gas drilling fluids is pleased to announce that all the nominees listed in the Management Information Circular dated May 12, 2015 were elected as directors of the Company at its annual general meeting held on June 11, 2015.
