Bonds, US dollar drop as Fed begins two-day meeting

Stocks (^GSPC, SPY, ^DJI, DIA, ^IXIC, QQQ) are flat to slightly up at the midday mark, with the financial (XLF) sector the most in the green, while the real estate (XLRE) sector is the most in the red. Alan Valdes, director of floor operations at Silverbear, joins us live from the New York Stock Exchange.
