BMW G 310 R: What Do You Want to Know?

BMW G 310 R: What Do You Want to Know?

Managing Editor Ken Hutchison is presently in sunny Southern California putting the new BMW G 310 R to the test.

The G 310 R is the first sub-500cc Beemer in quite a long time and is aimed in some part at new, returning, and commuting riders, but also at the huge markets of Asia and South America, where the cost of bigger bikes can make them prohibitively expensive.

The idea of a low-cost, high-quality machine is new territory for the German manufacturer (most would associate BMW with both high quality and high cost), and according to Ken it's clear that "BMW has very, very high expectations for this bike."

Indeed, BMW has said it hopes this little machine will help it achieve sales of more than 200,000 units per year by 2020.

Ken will be delivering a full report to RideApart soon, which is where you come in. What things do you feel should be included in his review? What questions do you have about the bike? Let us know in the comments below.
