Queen of ever-changing hair colors, Billie Eilish is returning to her roots with a dark brown, choppy mullet cut.
On Thursday, the singer took to Instagram to debut her new look. In a selfie, Eilish showed off her new hairstyle, which featured frayed fringe across her forehead. "Miss me?," she wrote alongside the snap of her smizing for the camera in a layered T-shirt and long-sleeve tee. The brunette locks brought out the singer's icy blue eyes that gazed into the lens.
If you recall, in March of this year, Billie shocked the world when she went full-on platinum blonde — quite the departure from her green and black hair. And she actually wore a wig for weeks during the transformation process. Her hairstylist Lissa Renn told Vanity Fair that the color change took six weeks.
"The process is real when you're doing it right. 6 weeks to get all the black out of her ends without damaging it, along with her following my strict hair care regime. We actually loved all the stages of lifting the color too but the end result is [fire emojis]."
We'll be anxiously awaiting for more details on her latest look and a better glance at the new 'do.
