Bihar: BJP's free vaccine promise elicits polarising reactions

Union finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Thursday announced that once a vaccine to treat COVID-19 is available for production at a mass scale, it will be provided for free to everyone in poll-bound Bihar. The promise is a part of Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) manifesto in the state.
