Bengal Energy Announces Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders on December 18, 2014

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - Sept. 29, 2014) - Bengal Energy Ltd. (BNG.TO) ("Bengal" or the "Company") announced today that its annual and special meeting of common shareholders will be held on Thursday, December 18, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. MST (12:00 p.m. EST) ("the Meeting").

Following the conclusion of formal business at the Meeting, President and CEO Chayan Chakrabarty will review Bengal's operations and strategy for investors.
