Yahoo Finance Azucar Grants Stock Options
VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Dec. 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Azucar Minerals Ltd. ("Azucar" or the "Company") (TSX-V: AMZ; OTCQB: AXDDF) announces that, pursuant to its Stock Option Plan, it has granted stock options to directors, officers, employees, and consultants of the Company to purchase 380,000 common shares in the capital of the Company at an exercise price of $0.06 per share which expire on December 17, 2027.

Azucar is an exploration company with a mandate to thoroughly explore the El Cobre project in Veracruz, Mexico, which covers multiple gold-rich porphyry targets, as demonstrated by recent drilling.
