Three years after buying a five-acre horse farm in Wellington, Florida, Athina Onassis has sold the property.

The Greek shipping heiress, who is separated from her Brazilian husband of 12 years, Alvaro "Doda" de Miranda Neto, unloaded the real estate for $12.75 million earlier this month, according to Gossip Extra and The Real Deal. The property includes a 20-stall barn, a riding ring, and a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; photos are available here in its Douglas Elliman listing.

It includes 11,246 square feet and sits on 5.62 acres of land, a large tract in the unofficial equestrian capital of the United States.

"It was sold completely turnkey," Nicolette Goldfarb, an agent with the Overman Group, told The Real Deal. She also told the publication that the deal "included furnishings, a horse treadmill, outdoor furniture, an outdoor kitchen with a Brazilian rodizio barbecue, multiple golf carts, and other off-road vehicles."

Onassis bought the property for $12 million in 2014 from Winter Equestrian Festival owner Mark Bellissimo. Goldfarb said that the new owners intend to keep it for personal use starting during the next equestrian season.

They join other Wellington landowners like Bill Gates and Michael Bloomberg, whose daughters ride in the area.
