Amazon OKs original shows

Online retailer Amazon's (AMZN) Amazon Studios said it has approved 6 more of its original pilots to be produced as full-season TV series, after what it described as rave reviews. The original content will be aired exclusively for members on its Prime Instant Video. The move further boosts its competition with Netflix (NFLX) and others providing original content for video-streaming services. Among new shows are sci-fi thriller "The After" and police drama "Bosch." Amazon shares fell 0.6% to 336.36. Netflix fell 1.9% to 352.03.
