Alignvest Acquisition II Corporation Shares (T.AQY.A) reached a 52-week high of $10.00 Tuesday. Sagicor Financial Corporation Limited entered into an arrangement agreement with Alignvest and an agreement for strategic acquisition. Sagicor shares will be acquired at a price of $1.75 U.S. per share through a combination of cash and shares of the resulting entity with an aggregate value of approximately $536 million U.S.
