Actress Eva Longoria Sells Her Hollywood Hills Villa for $1.4M
Actress, activist, and new bride Eva Longoria has found a buyer willing to shell out nearly $1.4 million for her home in the Hollywood Hills, says the Los Angeles Times.
The tomato-red villa with three bedrooms and three baths sits on a 3,700-square-foot lot just south of the Hollywood Bowl. The 2,011-square-foot home features a large living room, canyon and city vistas, and chef’s kitchen. A second-floor master suite has french doors that open to a terrace.
The 41-year-old Longoria listed the Mediterranean-style property in August for $1,395,000; it was sold for a smidge under her asking price, at $1,374,500. Records show she purchased the home in 2005 for $1.15 million. The current median list price for a home in the 90068 ZIP code is $1.5 million.
Longoria played the sexy and saucy Gabrielle Solis on “Desperate Housewives,” ABC’s long-running prime-time soap. She has since become a philanthropist and activist for Latino causes.
In May, the actress gave marriage a third try when she wed businessman Jose “Pepe” Baston.
