The 3 Black Friday deals people are searching for most

Tech products gobble up mindshare for those hunting for Black Friday deals, according to SEMrush, a research service that specializes in online marketing.

The Xbox One (MSFT) is the most searched item for Black Friday sales, with about 3 million searches as of Tuesday morning.

Shoppers are also eager to find deals on the iPhone 8 and iPhone X (AAPL), which have garnered 1.7 million and 1.4 million searches, respectively.

Where are the deals?

Gamers can rejoice! Kohl’s (KSS) is selling the Xbox One S (with a 500GB hard drive) for $189 (normally retails for $250) this Black Friday. The retailer is also offering the Sony (SNE) PS4 for $199, a 67% markdown. (PS4s are the sixth most searched for Black Friday product).

As my colleague and tech guru Dan Howley points out, retailers like Walmart are offering deals on the iPhone, but not for any of the latest models. If you’re looking for a decent device and don’t feel particularly compelled to dish out $1,000 for a new iPhone X, you can snag the iPhone 6 with 32GB of storage for $129 (marked down from $199).

Though smart speakers aren’t topping the list of searches, now may be one of the best moments to buy one. Amazon (AMZN) and Google (GOOG, GOOGL) are offering their devices on the cheap, discounting them by $20.

And, if you’re in the market for a high resolution TV, there are plenty of options available. 4K HDR Samsung and Sony TVs are marked down as much as 40%.
