1. Microsoft says Windows 10 will launch on July 29. It will be available as a free upgrade for users of recent Windows systems.

2. Nintendo's next games console could be powered by Android. That would be a huge win for Google.

3. Cisco CTO Padmasree Warrior is reportedly leaving the company. She will be leaving at the end of July.

4. Recode was acquired by Vox for ~$15-20 million in an all-stock transaction, plus executives were given stock incentives. Kara Swisher and Walt Mossberg's 18-month-0ld publication was expected to generate $12 million this year.
