BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- State Street Global Advisors (SSgA)*, the asset management business of State Street Corporation (NYS: STT) , today announced that assets in the SSgA Upromise® 529 Plan have surpassed $1 billion. The Plan also offers a Savings Portfolio that invests in the Sallie Mae High Yield Savings Account.
