Why Canadian home prices have exploded compared to the U.S.

Some are calling the U.S. housing market a bubble but price increases pale in comparison to Canadian real estate.

Even though disposable income is neck and neck, Canadian house prices charts have gone up in a nearly straight line. We got answers to why there is such a big difference between the two countries.
