Two Arrested Over Plot to Send Drug-Soaked Letters to English Prisons

Two men were arrested in Wolverhampton, England, on December 8, on suspicion of plotting to supply prisoners with drug-soaked sheets of paper.

West Midlands Police released body camera footage of dawn raids at two addresses in the Bilston area of the city, during which the men, aged 41 and 33, were arrested.

Police said the men were suspected to be behind a series of letters posted to 10 prisons in England that contained sheets of paper laced with types of synthetic cannabis.
