Tourism to get a boost in Drass with new tourist reception centre

Drass, the second coldest inhabited place in the world is now seeing the construction of a new Tourist Reception Centre (TRC) building which will have all facilities for visiting tourists. This little abode where mercury level plummets to as low as minus 45 degrees Celsius is all set to get better facilities to tourists who visit the place. The locals hailed the step taken by the state government for promoting tourism by constructing a new TRC building as it will also increase employment opportunities in the region. Locals said that the flow of domestic tourists has increased in a while, so, after the Tourist Reception Centre is built, tourists can be given better facilities which will further boost tourism.
