Snow Falls at National Weather Service Office in Upstate New York

Snow and patchy freezing drizzle fell in parts of New York state on Sunday, November 28, the National Weather Service reported, while New York City also saw its first snow of the season.

This video, taken at the National Weather Service’s Binghamton office, shows snow falling on Sunday evening.

The weather service said Monday would be “another seasonably chilly day” with lingering lake-effect snow showers in central New York tapering off by the afternoon. Credit: NWS Binghamton via Storyful
