Octopus Charges at Divers in Port Phillip Bay

An octopus charged at divers in Victoria’s Port Philip Bay as they approached a toilet that the tentacled creature had made its underwater home.

This video shared to Instagram by Jules Casey on September 12 shows the octopus positioned on the toilet before rushing toward the divers. It seats itself upon a camera momentarily, before returning to the toilet.

The toilet is part of an artificial reef where Casey regularly films her adventures before posting the videos on her OneBreathDiver Instagram account.
