- Welcome back to Yahoo Finance. We're watching a rally on Wall Street. Jared Blikre is watching it too. And as they would say at our high school alumni, Coral Gables Senior High, que pasa? What's up? What's going on here?

JARED BLIKRE: Yeah, Go Cavs. Thank you, Adam. We've got the Dow up nearly 1,100 points, 5% or more. That's the best day that we've had in the major indices in about five days. Here is the S&P 500, also up over 5%, NASDAQ barely just hanging on to that 5 handle. Also Russell 2000 really outperforming today, up over 6%. And that has to do with the bond structure.

Now the 10-year T-note yield is up about 8 basis points. We can see that right there. And that's the biggest jump we've had in some time, coming off that 0.60% support line. So we want to keep an eye on that. And volatility is depressed. The VIX is down to 44, not below 30 yet, but still on its way down, trending the right way.

And we also want to take a look at the US dollar index. Now that is up slightly. But I'm told that US funding pressures, in other words, people who are looking for dollars, are getting them at a cheaper price. So the dollar not in a position to take away from the rally today.

Here is the Dow Jones Industrial heat map. We can see Microsoft up just under 5%, Apple just up over. And we see a lot of big movers today, including JP Morgan, Visa, J&J-- or excuse me, Intel. Anyway, Adam, back to you, looking green here.
