A large explosion struck Beirut, Lebanon. Yahoo Finance's Julie Hyman shares the details.

JULIE HYMAN: A large explosion has struck the city of Beirut in Lebanon. It is unclear the source of this explosion, but sources are saying that it was at a complex of warehouses at the port there-- enormous explosion.

It is expected that there could be injuries perhaps even fatalities associated with that, but it is early. We do not yet have any confirmed result-- reports of what exactly has been going on. But if you see the footage, it is truly a massive explosion, so we will be following that developing story.
